I Haz Korean Visa
4:09 PMAfter days of trying to get all the requirements together, and then finally lining up at the Korean Embassy in McKinley Hill, I finally have it in my very hands.
Last week, Katia and I visited the Korean Embassy to apply for a tourist visa and were told that after just 5 working days we could pick up our passports. So earlier this afternoon, I headed to the embassy to receive our visas. Was I nervous of being denied despite reports from other friends that getting a Korean Visa was easy? Of course. You never know. I could've been the first casualty.
But alas! We're approved to travel to South Korea. :)
If my excitement for this trip in the past couple of weeks was intense, actually having our visas in our hands has just pushed my excitement off the charts. This is insanity. I can't wait to start packing for this trip. Sadly, I still have 4 weeks to go before then.
